checkout confusion

Had a bit of confusion about the checkout date, which was a hassle to resolve despite having confirmation. A recliner would really elevate the comfort in the room, as the overstuffed chair didn't quite meet our lounging expectations.

The deluxe room was comfy with nice bed linens. I loved how clean everything was and the decor added a cool vibe. The manager was super nice too, helped us with our air conditioning issue. My only wish was for a recliner instead of the overstuffed chair, but other than that, we had a solid stay!

The manager was exceptionally helpful! He promptly addressed the air conditioning issue in our original room and allowed us to switch to another one. The new room provided a restful sleep. Moreover, the hotel offered a pleasant atmosphere that made us feel at home.

There were some issues with noise from the air conditioning unit.
